Before, during and after sales support

Our consultancy and design services are second to none. Want to set up your own business? Or maybe add in a compact soft serve machine to boost sales and profits? Or upgrade existing kit? Talk to us, we offer a fully bespoke service, from finding the correct machines for your business to a full display kit with our IFI solutions or helping with recipes and machine set up. And once you’re fully installed and set up, we have a host of other services and support. You really can’t get rid of us; we believe that relationships are long term so we’re here to help and support.

Service Packages

Our 5 year service plan is the crème de la crème of support. This fully inclusive contract extends the warranty period and also includes a planned preventative maintenance visit to ensure your equipment runs as smoothly as possible.

Dreaded Downtime

Equipment downtime is the biggest potential hidden cost to a business. Should you need us, our UK based service desk advisers are ready to take your call. And our UK team of 50+ technicians are on standby to visit and ensure your issues are sorted out quickly, and where possible, in only one visit. We also invest in holding spare parts, our machines work hard (especially over the summer months) and our Spare Parts Department manages direct dispatch on a next day basis for parts plus our technicians hold van stock to help them to carry out first time fixes.

Teorema

Teorema is our exclusive system that allows for remote monitoring of the operational efficiency and continued reliability of an individual machine. Via desktop or mobile, Teorema provides in-depth analysis of usage, efficiency, cleaning cycles and even alerts the operator to any potential malfunctions, while also allowing our Carpigiani engineers remote diagnostic support when required.

Carpigiani Tech News is the new online training portal dedicated to Carpigiani technologies and their application in gelato, ice cream, soft serve, pastry shops, foodservice and the HO.RE.CA world in general. A substantial collection of videos demonstrating how to use various pieces of equipment, from setting up to cleaning and running our innovative programs.

Case Study Swoon Gelato | Bristol
