Cleaning is required 9 times per year, once every 42 days due to the self-pasteurising system. The rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side. A one piece polymer beater delivers a dry product with perfect structure and the air valve regulator will manage over-run of around 40%. Available in steel version also. Teorema ready.
