 Thanks to the independent cylinders, in the XVL 3 it is possible to simultaneously mix products of different consistencies.

The XVL 3 has agitiation as standard and holds 13L+13L liquid in the upper tanks. Production is 10 portions (75g) per minute or approx 600 per hour. Cleaning is required twice per week and is assited by the heated defrost system. The rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side. A one piece polymer beater delivers a dry product with perfect structure and the air valve regulator will manage over-run of around 40%. Available in steeel version also. Teorema ready.
