The Carpigiani 243T-SP is a high-performance countertop machine for producing gelato, ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and custom shaped treats.

With two independent hoppers and a unique twist feature, you can offer two different flavours or a perfect mix of two in one serving.

The Hard-o-Tronic system ensures consistent texture and thanks to it's self-pasteurisation feature a 42 day cleaning cycle makes it an ideal choice for gelato shops, dessert bars, or quick service restaurants.
